GoogleNick Millinchip, Phipps & Pritchard's (Stourport) Chartered Surveyor came to do a probate valuation on the property. He was very friendly and courteous and we decided to use Phipps & Pritchard as agents for the house sale. Halenka and Julie kept us fully informed during the whole process and the house sale went through very quickly. We were delighted with the outcome. Thank you all for all your help and support!

GoogleSuperb local Estate Agent who If you live in Wyre Forest and want to sell or buy a new home, you will find hard to beat. We recently completed on our new home after over a year on the market. We decided to go to Phipps and Pritchard after nine months of wasted time with a well know national and a local Agent. Phipps and Pritchard will 1. Provide an accurate valuation 2. Provide excellent photos and descriptions 3. Not waste your time with unrealistic viewings 4. Most important to us was the support given during the conveyancing phase. Very professional and highly recommended.

GoogleWas looking for a place and was amazingly helped at every step by the amazing team at Phipps and Pritchard. Pasco was interactive and paid attention to every enquiry I had during the viewing. Carmela was quick and available anytime to clear out any doubts I had and to guide me at every step of the way with documentation which can be quite a hassle. Gemma was the person who organized all my details meticulously and made the moving in process so much easier than I imagined. The whole booklet containing all the documents along with a whole inventory of the house explaining each and every thing is extremely helpful. The entire team made sure that the whole process was smooth and organized. Would definitely recommend the whole team at Phipps and Pritchard for your letting needs

GoogleI purchased a property through Phipps & Pritchard, completing in November 2024. The entire team, and Hayley in particular, were exceptionally attentive and professional. They ensured all my enquiries were promptly relayed to the seller, which made the process much smoother. Buying property can be incredibly stressful, but having Hayley and her team on hand was hugely reassuring. I've had some very negative experiences with estate agents in the past, but working with Hayley & team was an absolute breath of fresh air. GoogleUsed Phipps and Pritchard with McCartney's Stourport office for house sale. Excellent considerate service from all the staff. Nick, Julie and Halenka kept me fully and promptly informed. They provided sound advice and patient support with questions and concerns throughout sale negotiations and conveyancing alleviating the stress entailed. Have used this office previously and would do so again.
