GoogleWe were selling a property in Seascale but living in South Manchester so we’re very reliant on the staff at PFK to do the viewings and organise the details for the sale and they were all good and as prompt as they could be with keeping us informed at all times. Charlie was particularly helpful during the sale when wires became crossed and solicitors dragged their heels at certain points during the process. He couldn’t have been more positive and understanding. It was not always easy to get hold of people but I think that was understandable during the difficult year.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAfter many months of searching for our forever home we were thrilled to be contacted by Julie to tell us about a property that she thought we would be interested in - despite a huge amount of interest in it anyway. We had a property to sell but she gave us the opportunity to see it and as soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one for us. We put our own property on the market which sold within three days. Our offer was accepted and we are currently waiting for the solicitor to complete the legalities. Full marks to Julie and her colleagues at PFK Cockermouth. GoogleWe actually purchased a property via the PFK Whitehaven branch & were extremely impressed with the service. Julie Wilson was the primary agent that we negotiated with & following our sale agreement she was on hand to assist at all times. In spite of the Covid restrictions we viewed the property several times & never had to wait more than a couple of days for a viewing (the property was vacant possession so each visit required attendance by a PFK team member). We will definitely consider marketing a property with PFK as they always follow up with a phone call post viewing & we know how speedy feed back is appreciated by prospective sellers.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe dealt with PFK for the purchase of one of their advertised properties. Their attitude and pro-activeness in chasing sellers and solicitors was second to none. The staff were friendly and good natured. They understood and sympathised with some of our frustration with the vendors and the vendors solicitors tardiness. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went above and beyond to get everything sorted on what was quite a difficult chain. In fact better than our own Agent.
