GoogleWe had a very challenging time both selling and eventually moving house due to our purchasers breaking the chain...twice.. and breaks lower down the chain. A very stressful and emotional rollercoaster which was made only just bearable by Julie and the team of PFK. Julie was fabulous in communicating all developments, dealing with viewings and subsequent offers both effectively and sensitively and basically keeping us sane throughout the entire process. Julie went over and above and at times way beyond all expectations and felt like a light at the end of a long, dark tunnel trying the navigate the sale and purchase of another property. Her dedication, customer care, commitment and determination finally got our move over the line. I really miss your voice and regular updates Julie, but in the nicest possible sense am glad to have a little hiatus from it all.. She gave us a return call a couple of days later to discuss marketing our property and followed this up with a letter containing all the details discussed. GoogleTried twice to make appointment to sell development land with Whitehaven office and both times PFK failed to respond despite saying they would. On 3rd occasion was told the only lady (manager) able to respond was out on calls and not able to action this week (its Monday!)
