I used Peter Clarke Chipping Campden for my house sale. - I always spoke to someone different. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact. - I felt quite pressured surrounding viewing times. They were aware that I was living alone and worked full time. - I had 2 letters posted through my door from prospect buyers saying the either couldn’t get a hold of the agents or they were told I was under offer (I didn’t have an offer at that point). - I moved out prior to completion. I never received a “Good luck” or “congratulations”. My last email literally says “thanks” It just seems my sale lost the personal touch that was sold to me initially. It wasn’t a caring process. Nevertheless though, they sold my house and that’s what they’re there for.

We had an excellent experience selling our Warwick home through Peter Clarke Leamington Spa office. Sincere thanks to the team there who were so helpful, friendly and professional throughout. It really was a pleasure dealing with them and they made the whole process fun and exciting and not at all stressful. Particular thanks to Pav who was our main agent. She is incredibly calm, friendly and professional, exactly the kind of person you want by your side during a stressful process. I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough. Pav's communication skills are exceptional. She balanced negotiations between all parties perfectly and is incredibly fast and efficient. Pav is also lovely to chat to and has a nice perspective and sense of humour (invaluable!). In terms of the actual selling of the house. Wow. Pav managed to secure multiple offers over our asking price and the house was sold within two weeks. Amazing. The photographs and overall information pack and presentation of the property online was fantastic too. Pav picks up the phone immediately if she has an update or anything to check with you. You really feel like she's on your side and you are important and a priority all the way through the process.
