Last year I brought a house in Wellesbourne through the local Wellesbourne branch, It was a tough and what felt like a very long process due to circumstances, but the girls made it feel so much more positive ❤️ They were incredibly helpful and did all they possibly could to hurry the process through. The updates were as frequent as they possibly could be, they all worked together and incredibly hard to help and support me and chase solicitors. It really was a pleasure dealing with them and they made the whole process fun and exciting and not at all stressful. Particular thanks to Pav who was our main agent. She is incredibly calm, friendly and professional, exactly the kind of person you want by your side during a stressful process. I honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough. Pav's communication skills are exceptional. She balanced negotiations between all parties perfectly and is incredibly fast and efficient. Pav is also lovely to chat to and has a nice perspective and sense of humour (invaluable!). In terms of the actual selling of the house. Wow. Pav managed to secure multiple offers over our asking price and the house was sold within two weeks. Amazing. I wonder why it is so hard to be polite to people who ask for to view your properties? This is a question I ask myself when first calling Peter Clarke to book a viewing. They (a) cut you off while talking, (b) huff and puff if you ask a question not in the way they expect, and (c) they hung up very abruptly after finishing the conversation. What happened to courtesy and normal human kindness? Maybe others have a more positive experience but this is my experience, which is quite upsetting.
