We started the process of selling a house in Warwick about a year ago with Peter Clarke and found the whole process very rewarding. We found all the staff extremely friendly and very professional. The method and system used by Matthew and his team to set a sale value, establish a timeline for launch of the property onto the market and managing all interested applications was excellent. A key aspect of superior levels of marketing was not only the excellent photos but the additional walk thru property video. This generated a number of very keen buyers and established a series of very appropriate offers. Matthew was a very helpful advisor in a very collaborative manner and steered us through to a very pleasing sale of the property in a surprisingly short period of time. They continued to provide good advice with excellent communication in handling of the buyer through the inevitable questions and requests they had right through to signing of contracts. Bias selection process not sure if the landlords are aware as potentially losing out of prospective tenants. There is an application process before any checks. Once your application is successful then they carry out checks. It's been a complete waste of time travelling all the way for 4 hours to view their properties. The first property apparently been let and offered to view another one which had a lot of applications then was shown another one that had not yet been listed and was told by Monika I was 1st on the list of applications for that particular property - This is where Peter Clarke does it's bias selection - Was told my application did not get selected. Avoid if you don't want your time wasted.

We are sorry that your application was unsuccessful. As discussed, we were in receipt of multiple applications which we discussed with the landlord and it was a difficult decision for the landlord to make, but ultimately only one application can proceed per property. We had block viewings arranged for the property to ensure it is the fairest way possible for interested parties to view. As we knew of a neighbouring property coming available, we showed you and other parties this property too, to assist in the property search. If any other properties do come available, we would be happy to keep you updated.
