GoogleMy partner and I just purchased our first property though Peter Ball - at first they were great and attentive (Emily was great at booking in viewing for us), however once we had our offer accepted the process became increasingly difficult and we didn’t feel like we had much support at all from our sales progression team. The owners did not even know that we had had our offer accepted for 2 weeks while Peter Ball knew that we were under time constraints with our rented property, this caused us to have to pay double rent for 2 months when they originally said that it was a no chain property and that it will be a quick process. We could never get hold of the team via phone call and emails were hardly ever responded to. We found the team to be very unhelpful throughout and therefore will not be recommending them or never using them again in the future.

I am obviously disappointed to read that our service did not match your expectations. I appreciate your feedback and understand your frustrations, I would also like to give assurances that we have a dedicated sales progression team to help deal with the sales transaction once the sale has been agreed, however we can not directly influence the sale process and rely on updates from the associated solicitors dealing with the transaction.

GoogleI have been renting through Peter Ball & Co in Cheltenham for several years. Throughout my tenancy Peter Ball have been friendly, responsive and professional. Now having to look for another property to rent in a difficult market, the Lettings team at Peter Ball (Mark, Elaine, Belinda and Pippa) have gone the extra nine yards to find a suitable property for my second tenancy through their agency. I really appreciate their loyalty and would not hesitate to recommend the Lettings team at Peter Ball & Co. GoogleWe viewed what is now our new home on a dark, mid afternoon in early January 2020. It was love at first sight, or perhaps 26th sight, as it was the 26th house we had viewed. It was too late that Saturday after for the agent to really get our immediate offer moving. But on the Monday morning they flew into action. Their charming, easy-professionalism made us feel confident in the entire thing. The purchase went through without a hitch and for that I really do believe Jonathan Richards deserves the credit. He kept communication flowing, nothing was too much effort...and now we're in he's even been kind enough to recommend some local tradesman. Moving is stressful, and anyone who says it's not is lying. But if you can, make it easy on yourself and buy your home from Peter Ball & Co in Tewkesbury. It'll be smooth, I promise.
