GoogleWe have used Peter Ball & Co twice: once to buy and once to sell property in Tewkesbury. On both occasions we were impressed with the high standard of professionalism and support we received. All questions were answered promptly and the staff at both the Tewkesbury and Cheltenham offices were always very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI'm always keen to use Peter Ball when buying or selling a property. Their customer service is first class and they have expert knowledge of the industry. Very pleased with Jonathan's valuation of our property and Tori's efficiency has been wonderful in getting it done quickly.

GooglePeter Ball & co are absolutely brilliant. The sale of my house has been turbulent but Dionne, Jonathan, Tori and the rest of the people here made the experience easier. They’ve been understanding and professional throughout. Communication is key and they get this, Dionne has been better than my solicitors with keeping me up to date with information on progression/processes throughout. I feel they seriously care and that is what has made this very stressful journey bearable. Thank you so much. Rebecca Wilson

GoogleSuperb service! We have bought and sold many properties over the years and experienced the service of many Estate agents but can very easily put Peter Ball at the top of the list. Since meeting Jonathan Richards in 2015 we have sold three properties and he and his team have been exceptional. They always provide a professional and positive experience and are happy to go the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I would also like to thank Tori for all of her great work on our recent sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe whole team are really helpful and very prompt acting on things. The service is seamless, so if your usual agent is away, someone else will help cover any queries. I have never had any issues or problems with them and I have been tenant of theirs for over a decade.

GoogleEmma and the rest of the Letting team were great in supporting us from the start of the tenancy right through to the end. Especially as it was all through the pandemic, that did not affect their responsiveness and professionalism. We would be happy to recommend them.

GoogleJust like to thank Jamie and all his team for their great work in selling my late mother's home. Being unable to be at the property they all went that bit further to make sure the property was viewed with a member of staff present at all times and were very focused on finding the right buyer. Must of been one of the fastest offer to completion sale around at the moment. Well done!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been using Mark, Belinda, Elaine and the rest of the crew in the lettings dept for the last decade. In short they are awesome. They really know the market and have always found good quality tenants in relatively short timeframes. Nothing is too much trouble for them, in my experience they really are the best in Cheltenham. I have also recommended them to many friends who also rave about them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
