GoogleHave been letting with Peter Ball for over 6 years. They have always been exceptionally professional and queries are always dealt with in a quick manner with minimal fuss. We usually deal with Emma, who is phenomenal, or Elaine, who is superb, but the letting steam as a whole are faultless in our experience. Nothing is ever too much and the communication is fantastic.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe were very pleased that we decided to instruct Peter Ball to deal with the executor sale of my late aunts property. We live 3 hours away from Cheltenham. Therefore, we appreciate the professionalism, friendly, very helpful, supportive and pro-active service that we have received from Jamie and his colleagues. We have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective seller.

GooglePeter Ball has managed my flat in Cheltenham for 15 years and they have been fantastic. They are very thorough with the checks they do, respond quickly to issues and have excellent customer service. Elaine Meadows, the property manager, is amazing! I live abroad so I really appreciate how she takes care of my flat as if it were her own. When my flat needed drying out after being re-plastered, she parked round the corner every day so she could check on progress. She advised me of how to upgrade the flat, found suppliers, managed the work and sent me a video of the completed work. She also keeps me up to date with what is happening with the neighboorhood and my neighbors. Elaine takes the stress out of being a landlord and I can't speak highly enough of her!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thanks Katya for your review, much appreciated and delighted you speak so highly of Elaine, your property manager. Kind regards Mark

GoogleI have been a tenant of Peter Ball for almost 3 years and I cannot speak too highly of their services. All members of staff with whom I have had contact have been courteous & efficient. Most of my experience has been where appliances have needed repair or replacement. Elaine not only responds rapidly to any requests, but seem to have a group of experienced plumbers, electricians, etc who are able to promptly diagnose & address any problem. Excellent Service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePeter Ball have managed my rental property for years. Professional through and through. I trust them to deal with whatever needs doing. The contractors they use are great and it’s been worth every penny of management fees. The support I have had over the last year from the team with a difficult tenant issue has saved my sanity. Thank you Emma, Elaine and Mark. I’m glad you got the gig too.
Many Thanks Alison -Its been a pleasure working with you and we appreciate your comments Mark

GoogleI rented a property that was managed by Peter Ball & Co for just under two years and cannot praise Emma and the lettings team enough. Throughout my time there Emma was always very responsive, personable and professional. When I had issues at the property they were always dealt with and resolved within a timely manner. Having rented several properties with different letting agents, I can say that Peter Ball & Co were by far the best that I have dealt with. Would highly recommend!
