I can confirm that I visited the property on Saturday afternoon and a valuation letter has been emailed to you this morning. Unfortunately I have had a period of self isolation due to covid hence the delay in getting to the house, in hindsight I should have called or emailed you to confirm that an appointment had been made with your tenant.
