GoogleAbsolutely awful, stay well away. Arranged a viewing at a property that looked great in the advert. The pictures online weren’t even of the apartment I viewed and were actually of TWO entirely different apartments! It is also described as a "beautiful well kept apartment"….well, keep reading… Went into the apartment block, whole place smelt like weed, rubbish all over the communal hallway, vapes thrown in the lift. Then the actual apartment itself…it was absolutely disgusting. Oven was thick with years of grease, floors were dirty and had bits of old food everywhere, party poppers hanging from the top of sticky cupboards, rubbish left all over the counters, and that was just the kitchen! Living room window sill was literally black with dirt. Heater buttons hanging off and so dirty you couldn’t even read them. Bathroom full of hair and rubbish, shower filthy and black grout from top to bottom. And then when i told the letting agent about how dirt it was she just responded with "Yeah, it is". To show prospective tenants around a place like that and ask £675 in an embarrassment to your business. Everyone involved in the letting process should be ashamed of themselves!

GoogleStaffs who work at West Brom branch are so unprofessional and careless. Worst property Agents I’ve come across. Staffs would confirm the appointment on the phone but they wouldn’t book it with the property owners - Happened many times. They always cancel viewing appointments on the same day where I’ve taken day off work. I wouldn’t even give 1 start for the service - Do Better

GoogleI signed up with PD in May. For about 10 months, we had almost no viewings (one offer way below asking price) so I decided to terminate the agreement. Interestingly, right after I requested to end the the contract, viewings suddenly started. It felt clear that this was only because they were afraid of losing a client. So my advice is: if you want to work with PD, go ahead - but be prepared to chase them if you expect genuine effort on their part.
