GoogleThere are no words to describe how helpful, kind and wonderful the team at the great bridge office have been. From day 1 of the whole house buying process to getting the keys, they have been with me every step of the way. A massive thank you to Amy, Dan and Jayden who have been patient with my continous calls and emails and as keen as us with the whole house buying process. They truly do go above and beyond for you and make your experince less stressful- also keeping a very active 3 year old toddler occupied whilst we were with Dan!! GoogleWell I have to say is that I am beyond impressed with the team at great bridge in particular Jaydon on sales. I put my house up for sale with him and after a very smooth and interesting 1st meeting with him he understood that I needed my hand held throughout this sale and this is what he has done. Not only has he secured a sale for me he has kept me informed at every stage he has made me feel at ease and i would highly recommend him and the Great Bridge branch to handle every sales and lettings. he was professional, understanding and informative. I am a single parent who works full time so taking time off or doing viewings would have been a problem but there was non he has shown that house selling is easy and less stressful than i could ever have imagined. I am hoping in the next few weeks the sale will be completed after a short time and I thank him and the team from the bottom of my heart and i am looking forward to using your service again. Jaydon does deserve to be recognised for his hard work and termination to help me with this sale and again thank you .

Specially laura brown the mortgage adviser is very good at her job and very quick and effective through out the process from AIP to mortgage application . She always there for you through out and help with all the questions and doubt you may have .

GoogleAs first time buyer we was very anxious, on meeting Laura (mortgage adviser) she put us to ease and she has helped us with every aspect of the buying process. She is absolute god send to paul dubberley. We have had a very tricky time with purchasing as we have had to deal with mines but She has been with us every step of the way. We would advise anyone who is buying a house to go see Laura. Honestly can not thank her enough!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic lettings team. The house viewing we had was warm and welcoming, we were given the space and time to view the property and were well informed about all aspects of the property. The team got the ball rolling very quickly and Vicky in particular put in a considerable amount of leg work. We were constantly kept up to date throughout the process and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. We would happily return to this estate agents in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

GoogleI was new to the area when I began my property search, my overall experience was great. Aaron was very helpful & spoke through all difficulties queries I had, he was very understanding, patient and thorough. If there was anything he wasn't sure about he would speak with his superior and they were always happy to clarify. I have now successfully moved into my property and I am happy with the process. Thank you Aaron and Vicky for all your help, it was worth the wait. I would recommend Paul Dubberly to anyone looking to let. Truly wonderful customer care & services, quality informed agents. GoogleI rented for more than 2 years and found the staff from Paul Dubberley Property Management Department to be welcoming, helpful and professional in all aspects. A pleasant experience as this was my first time renting. Highly recommended!

GoogleWell, what can I say? The staff here have been absolutely FAB with me from beginning to end. They were there for me throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. Honestly? I would recommend ANYONE go here if they need a property! Mark Hennessy (branch manager) has been an absolute godsend, I couldn't have done it without him. Jess and Anthony were lovely on the phone to me also, and Dom was always so welcoming whenever I darkened their door! Thanks again guys!!

GoogleHave only been under tenancy with Paul Dubberley for a few months, but so far I can’t fault the service. Our move was quick and efficient, the staff were really helpful and always available for a chat over the phone whenever we had questions about our move. In particular, Dom from the West Bromwich branch was an absolute star throughout the process. Would recommend Paul Dubberley in the future.
