GoogleAs a first time buyer i would 100% recommend the Tipton team ! Laura was really helpful in explained the whole morgage process and finding one best suited to us. Always recieved quick reaponses from both Laura and Nicky either by phone or email.

GoogleThe communication is poor due to understaffing. We used their tenant find service and they got it wrong first and nearly let property to a person in Scotland who was a specialist in sub-letting and the on second attempt found us a tenant. They collected the deposit and first month's rent and have not paid our monies over to us after 2 months. Currently commencing legal proceedings. We would not use this company again and would advise landlords to avoid them . Very disappointed.

GoogleWe have property for a years, however last 3 days since 21st December, I trying contact in emergencies situation, we have boiler gone, no heating no hot water at property for 3 days on the row. Keep calling to Connell that is also dealing with paulduberley keep me redirected calls, paulduberley great bridge office not picking they calls for 3 days. I am paying for the rent £900 a month and on this situation when I am with my daughter has been going through disaster, keep asking my neighbor to borrow electric heater to keep our self’s over the night warm. I wouldn’t recommend to deal with those in future anymore. I am sorry but in such as situations you must at least get back to my calls and left voicemails Tenant from DY4

GoogleRecently sold my daughters house as she has gone to Australia. The experience was stressful but Nicky helped me through it all the way. I could not have done it without her. She kept me informed and helped when i could not get any information from anyone else. Cannot praise her enough well done and thankyou so much.

GoogleThey made the process as smooth as possible. Nicola was always quick to answer any queries I had and was extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. I never felt like I was not being taken care off. From enquiries to completion it was smooth sailing. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleNot a good experience. Was looking to rent a property. Explained from the first instance and even wrote on the application form that I was a part-time student and my income is made up of student finance, grants and wages from a part-time job combined. Before sending my holding deposit I asked if student finance was an accepted source of income, to which Isabelle responded “ we’ll have to see what happens during referencing.” During referencing it came back that Student Finance is not an acceptable source of income and I did not get my deposit back. They then tried to put the blame on me saying that I did not disclose that I received student finance, despite me asking if it was an acceptable source of income beforehand as-well as me writing it on my application form and having numerous conversations over the phone with Isabelle about this. Complete waste of time and money.

GoogleLaura and Nicky were great with helping me and my partner to buy our first property. Being such a stressful thing with a few hiccups along the way Laura and Nicky were always there to reassure us and get things sorted quickly. Now that we have brought our property if we ever need anything Laura and Nicky are always an email or a phone call away to help. I would definitely recommend them :)

GoogleI couldn’t fault the customer service with this branch. Unfortunately our house buying didn’t get over the line but these guys were brill! A special mention to Nicola, she was our go to person and she was very professional. Keep up the good work Nicky!

GoogleWe sold a house with Paul Dubberley and they were fantastic. Whatever could have gone wrong did, coal mine reports, last minute hick ups. But Nicky and Keanu were brilliant and basically sold the house twice over whilst keeping us fully informed and giving us options to consider. We could have gone for a cheaper estate agents but Nicky and Keanu were well worth the money. Thanks guys

GoogleExcellent service, support and knowledge! The home team were attentive and quick on answering calls and answering questions. There were issues my chain however Nicola was with me every step of the way and ensured everything went smoothly, believe me there were many bumps. Very professional will ensure you property will be sold at the best price based on your needs and will advise you on the market.

GoogleWe have just bought our first property with Paul Dubberley & we can’t fault the team at all! Nicky is amazing! So lovely, helpful & down to earth! We had a few delays along the way.. through no fault of Paul Dubberley but Nicky always kept us aware of the situation & we always knew what was going on - she always tried her hardest to get things completed as quickly as they needed to be and pushed people who needed to be!🤣 She always returned phone calls & emails.. even when sometimes there was nothing to report but so we were aware of what was going on. We had consistent communication between ourselves, the seller & solicitors. When Nicky was away, we had regular communication with other team members and they were also very helpful. We can’t thank you enough! 😊
