Googlemy estate agent was Isabelle Payne, she has been fantastic with us and very easy going with our application. despite i was desperate to move asap Isabelle done everything in her power to go above and beyond to get us moving asap. definitely recommend family and friends

GoogleWe had to find somewhere to move to after our landlord put the house on the market , we contacted the team and were put in contact with penny, who from start to end was brilliant. Any questions we had she answered and nothing was too much trouble!

GoogleI am very pleased to accept Paul Dubberley as my letting agent and especially Betsy Flood she has been very so supportive and found tenants right away and any concerns that i have she takes care of it personally and get back to me with the update. I have 2 properties at the moment with Betsy and all my future properties will be only dealing with Betsy and would not waste time in looking for different providers even if they were cheaper. Dealing with Betsy has been great experience and hassle free.

GoogleWhilst I absolutely hate having to raise complaints, I strongly advise to stay far away from this agency and especially Amanda Rawlins. She is unprofessional and blunt when replying to emails, not sure how she became manager! I rented smoothly a property through Bilston branch and was told that Amanda is a property manager and if any issues to contact her. Entered the property after collecting the keys ready to move in and the state of flat was absolutely horrendous, the flat hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time, worm’s coming from behind the kitchen cupboards, broken and mouldy appliances, previous tenant rubbish not removed, no hot water in the flat, mould everywhere … honestly the worst of the worst imaginable! Carpets heavily stained, dirty and mouldy, leaving me with nothing but to pay for professional deep clean services. Upon receiving reply to complain email Amanda replied’ The dirty, dust and stain cupboards was seen on your viewing and you did take the property as seen’. So apparently it’s normal to rent property without cleaning it first!!! They quick to take money from you, promise you maintenance will be carried out prior to moving in and then disrespect you like that. Disappointed with the service provided !

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service at the west brom office. I'm paying them a full managment fee, it's more like me managing my property through Paul Dubberley. Never answers phones. Say they going to call you back but never do. Don't keep on top of my rent. Really really bad from the Connells group. I'll be leaving after my contract

GoogleCouldn’t have asked for a better experience letting my property out with Paul Dubberley. Betsy was amazing from the very moment I met her, had a great chat at the valuation. Penny is a lovely girl that helped me find and move my tenants in. Would definitely recommend! Would do all over again in a heart beat.
