Not good. Tenant moved out. Flat remained empty for 4 months. I paid to have it decorated. Over 2k. Still no tenants. Changed agent. Let immediately. Was with PSB for over a decade. Unsure why the service became poor. New agent got a higher rent too . Currently not enough experienced staff maybe?

Incredibly hard to get any sort of response in terms of building maintenance. I pay a huge amount of money for this every year and was of the understanding that this would result in communication and a decent service. My understanding of working with customers is that they have a right to a response whenever they request one, and to be communicated with in terms of what is being done to resolve the issue. It will often take around 3/4 emails and then a couple of phone calls to have any sort of reply - and when that happens, it comes across rude and abrasive, as if I was wrong to expect a reply and am asking way too much. Not sure I’ve ever had to try and communicate with a worse company.
