Rob was a fount of local knowledge during the viewings then Ginette and Sue in the sales progression office led the communication between buyer, seller and the solicitors, keeping us informed through the process and rapidly answering any queries. UPDATE: The buying experience with Park & Bailey was so good that when we eventually came to sell it didn’t occur to me to use anyone else. The whole team worked well to get the sale through in some turbulent times for both buyers and sellers.

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.

GoogleWe bought a house marketed by park & Bailey. We ended up looking for around 5 months before we eventually found our home. Park & Bailey were by far the most professional and helpful agents we viewed with (and we viewed about 25 properties in the end). The others required a lot of chasing, were hard to make bookings with and were very unhelpful with the offer process. Park & Bailey are the only ones in my view on par with central London agents, and as a purchaser, I would definitely consider them if you are selling!
