Oyster provided an honest appraisal for marketing the property for a quick sale that I had requested. A buyer for the house was found within a week of marketing. The oyster team kept me abreast of the conveyancing at regular intervals. Any queries were quickly communicated to me and I was able to answer straight away, better than waiting for solicitors to talk to each other!
The sales team were great throughout the process but I have to thank Mehul in particular for keeping the buyers calm, engaged and patient.
I would highly recommend selling with oyster again!

GoogleI recently started renting with Oyster and have now been here for two months. The reference check process was smooth and overall straightforward.
During my stay, I experienced one issue with faulty water in the house. I contacted the team by text at around 10 p.m., and Kavya responded immediately. The problem was resolved quickly, and I was very impressed with how helpful and efficient the maintenance support was. I’m genuinely happy with the maintenance team, my only issue was handled excellently.
However, my move-in experience could have been better. There was no landlord or representative present to guide me through the house, so we had to figure everything out ourselves, which made settling in a bit difficult. I was also disappointed with the initial check-in report, as some faulty and unclean items were listed as being in good condition. Although the report was later corrected after we raised the issues, these problems could easily have been overlooked if we hadn’t paid close attention.
Overall, I would rate my experience 3 out of 5. My advice to new tenants would be to carefully review the inventory and condition reports you receive, while also knowing that the maintenance team is responsive and reliable. Special thanks to Kavya for his excellent support, he was amazing, helpful, and professional.
