We have just moved into our lovely new home sold to us by Osborne Heath. They have been amazing since I walked into their office 11 months ago. Elle Harcup called me pretty much every fortnight, some properties were definitely not right but it just felt like she was assimilating what we were really looking for. They came up trumps in September and have made our buying process as good as it could be. Jonathan and Mia were also professional and collaborative, but Elle has been a shining star. We found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and skilful in balancing the needs of both us as purchasers and the vendors. Very focussed on keeping us up to date with progress; she came across as very hard working - it wasn't unusual to get an update from her well after normal office hours.
