GoogleExcellent service from the beginning till the end. Firstly we had a lovely agent named Aura who presented us with the property to rent. She was very friendly and gave us all the information needed. Then we had Chelsea Kunman dealing with the referencing which made the process very smooth. Also, different from some other companies they answer on the phone in a timely manner.

It was a very tricky negotiation but they persevered to source my dream home. They never got frustrated with my dumb questions and guided me through the whole process, and Sophia also makes a lovely cuppa.

Extremely unprofessional lettings agent, staff need to be retrained! I travelled 2.5 hours in the rain to view this property, I called their offices to let them know I was running slightly late, was advised by their staff member that it was absolutely fine as the lettings negotiator Alana had no appointments after mine. I reached the property and stood in the rain knocking for 15 mins and called office over 7 times! NO NASWERwhen I finally got through to them, they lied about our previous discussion and told me nothing would be done!Horrible service by this company, I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID AND USE ANOTHER AGENT!

Shocking company which only cares about money not people. They lie and scam people! Sold the house to somebody else during our process of application. No honest explanations! The most horrible experience as a first time buyer I could ever have in my life just before Christmas. Thank you Oriordan Bond & Good luck!
