GoogleBecky, Avril and the team were genuinely exceptional when handling our house sale. They drove good early interest and got us an offer within weeks. Even though they were only responsible for the sale of our house and not for our onward purchase, they consistently went above and beyond to try to help push things through on all sides, effectively managing our buyers expectations throughout and even speaking directly to our vendors and solicitors to try to preserve our chain. They gave good advice and steers throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I was buying or selling in the area again, there is no one else I would consider.

GoogleI bought and I sold the house with them and they done it very professionally. Matt , Steph and Ben they are very helpful and and become my friends, Sophie Louise the mortgage advisor is just a "Legend " we received a mortgage in less than 3 weeks when an advisor before Sophie couldn't find anything in 2 months. Simple the best team.

GoogleI NOT RECOMMEND! You are a partner of a thieving company. CheckMyFile. They have a hidden subscription that steals £14.99 a month. Anyway, I don't understand why you need a background check before viewing.

GoogleSadly, I would not recommend this estate agent. This is due to an experience with one agent, but I am afraid I would not recommend on this basis. We were not made fully aware of our sellers true position- which would have been possible to do in a professional manner and not at the sellers expense and so, wasted months waiting for them to find a house only to discover, eventually, they were only looking at ‘one road’ in a particular area. The agent did not keep us updated on progress, as obviously there was none and so I had to keep calling them. I felt fobbed off and let down and when I challenged the agent never felt I received a proper explanation or a honest response! I can’t imagine we were the first buyers who experienced this here either! Better luck to the next! An awful extra stressful waste of time for all in our chain. 😞

Sophie Louise from start to finish was personal yet professional at all times, she got me my dream home thanks to sorting a mortgage under time pressure, and added hurdles too and kept me calm, and supported me throughout...10/10 customer service and keeping me informed, and her as a person 100/10 ...can't recommend enough...thank you

GoogleWe used O’Riordan Bond Weston Favell for the sale of an elderly relative’s house. They were extremely helpful and professional from the start. Communication was brilliant, they always responded to my messages very quickly and went above and beyond our expectations. They gave excellent advice and recommendations. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleOver the many years of many moves and many dealings with many estate and letting agents, they have been the most helpful and patient bunch yet! Massive thanks in particular to Chelsea and Laura who got us out of a fix and quickly and calmly settled everything to ensure a straightforward move. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

GoogleI do not recommend this agency, they do not answer the phone, we were deceived, there was supposed to be no chain, but it turned out that there was, Before buying, repairs were supposed to be done, as bad as a broken hinge in the main door, there was no handle to exit to the garden from the kitchen, 3 skips of rubbish, we were assured that it would be done, after exchanging contracts, the agency's answer "that's how it sometimes is". This is unacceptable. After finalizing the contracts, they do not care about anything anymore. I definitely do not recommend!!!!

GoogleAfter 8 years my tenant gave notice. I had never changed tenancy before ...the staff at ORB were outstanding from start to finish, patient, informative, efficient...I had just 2 weeks before they secured me a new tenant, referenced and all monies paid. In the two weeks the property was empty ORB organised painters and cleaners for me. The management fee with ORB is worth every penny. I would highly recommend them as a letting agent.

Throughout she was professional, has excellent communication and displayed total support always letting me know what was happening. Walked in around 6 weeks having trouble with finding a house, they was straight on it, took our interests into what we was looking for, found the perfect house for us, that we can now call ours as first time buyers!
