FacebookTook 6 weeks for them to return our deposit. We had to chase them up daily as Annette offered the worse customer service i’ve ever experienced. They say they will call back in 10 mins... but they never do, so again the next day we’re chasing them £1200 is not loose change, so trying to get it back for over 6 week period was very stressful! So the review is very much justified. We contacted the property ombudsman to lodge a complaint and we will follow this up during the coming days. New tenants keep a keen eye, as OB try to deduct money for items that weren’t in the property! Very disappointed with this agency.

We knew we wanted to move but only to the right house and Adele offered her thoughts on how to go about this, giving us confidence throughout. We were well supported throughout the viewing process. Finally, during the completion phase, Laura was superb in keeping us informed and making sure everything was in place to complete the sale.

FacebookBrixworth O’Riordan Bond were excellent. We sold our old house and purchased our new house through the Brixworth office. At all times they were highly efficient and knowledgable as well as always being available whenever we had a query. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After failed purchases and broken chains the purchase with the brixworth office was the smoothest of our experiences with multiple agents. FacebookAdele sold our house in 3 days!!! Price was pretty good too! We had only been there for 3 years and my father died so we decided to buy his house in Duston from the family as it was a little bit bigger. I would certainly use them again ( hopefully don’t want to move ever) and would recommend them most strongly.

FacebookAbsolutely the worst agent I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Tried to impose fees for things that were free in the contract. Rude. Pushy. Undervalued property. Don't respond to emails.
