GoogleOur tenants of 12 months gave notice and Oriordan Bond Lettings very promptly informed me and began a search for new tenants. New tenants were promptly identified and vetted and are already living in the property. I was kept well informed regularly of progress of the whole change out.

GoogleThe Weston Favell office had to work hard to sell my rental property, but they did so with professionalism and no complaints. Particular thanks to their sales chaser, Emma McBride, who was tenacious with the solicitors and managed each obstacle with a cool head. Also, lots of gratitude for Jamie Kerr who persisted with viewings until he found the right buyer for me. Great job all around!

We bought our property through ORB and Emma was very helpful throughout the process, keeping us updated with how the seller's chain process is going and answering all our questions regarding the property.
