GoogleOliver & Bailey have managed our rental cottage for nearly 4 years and have always been very efficient, polite and friendly to deal with. Tenants were found quickly with little downtime which is great when you are a landlord. I would highly recommend their services to both landlords and tenants alike. GoogleI have nothing but the highest praise for Oliver & Bailey. They have been thouroughly professional through out the transaction I have had with them. Emma and her team including Shelly have been constant in their professionalism and helpfullness. When large corporate estated agents seem to be taking over everything Oliver & Bailey rise far above all of them. If you are looking for that personal touch then please look no further. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma and Shelly are always on hand to help. Thanks so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFrom the moment we approached Oliver & Bailey regarding a property to let, we felt incredibly welcome and valued as tenants, something we had not been used to with our last agent who isn't worth wasting breath on! The property viewing with Shelly was fantastic, professional but with a relaxed feel which was so refreshing and nice. Emma was amazing in helping us secure the property which we cannot fault and are so, so happy to be in, our move in was made even more special by the gift, so thank you for restoring our confidence in a proper estate agent. its often the little things that get noticed and they really make you feel valued. In our opinion, the best Estate/Letting agent in town! They really went above and beyond. 10/10!
