Oliver and Bailey estate agents in Hastings and Bexhill On Sea

Absolutely awful experience with this letting agent. Incredibly unprofessional and rude over email and never made any effort to come in person during the duration of our tenancy and then had the audacity to charge us £250 for ‘cleaning’ when we left the property in the same condition (most rooms even nicer) as when we moved in. Waste of money for landlords using this company. Tenants, better get saving up when you plan to move out as they’ll charge you for specs of dust! Would not recommend oliver&bailey to anyone, ever.

Have only been renting through Oliver and Bailey since May but so far they have been very prompt with anything I have needed help with! Emails promptly answered and issues dealt with as quickly as possible, I cannot fault them throughout the process so far! Shelley has been extremely helpful! Thanks team!

Really impressed with the team at Oliver and Bailey. They made the whole process of renting super stress-free and straightforward, communicating clearly and also being very fast with responses. It has been a great experience and we are very happy tenants! The team even provided a very thoughtful welcome gift of goodies :) Special shout out to Acacia and Tracy! Thanks! Highly recommend Oliver and Bailey

If you want to rent a property from these guys I wouldn’t recommend them at all, Unprofessional, impersonal and intrusive in regards to questions asked, basically called my partner a liar over the phone, avoid at all costs.

Awful company. They want your money and are unwilling to help in any situation. Never answer the phone, fail to respond to emails in an appropriate time frame and many staff are just plain incompetent.

Unproffesional, rude and intrusive. I actually never experienced treatment like this from a letting agent. If you are looking to be discriminated against look no further than Oliver and Bailey.

If you want to experience racism and discrimination as well as mind-numbing negligence - look no further than Emma & Laura Bailey of this god-forsaken business. Absolute nightmare dealing with them and currently lodging a complaint with the Property Ombudsman.

I rang Oliver and Bailey about a rental home. But It was more of an interrogation than questions regarding my proposed tenancy. She questioned why I wanted a certain house which is my decision not hers We discussed two properties to rent ASAP and she said she would come back to me straight away with the answer after speaking to the landlord. This was an urgent requirement and she didn’t even bother to ring me back Extremely disappointing - I won’t be using this property agency ever again.
