GoogleEllis, Acacia, and Tracy have all been brilliant! From the very moment we registered for lettings viewings to trying to secure the flat we loved, they were all so supportive. They made move-in day extra special for us, we thoroughly recommend them!

GoogleAfter a long time searching trying to find & rent our next long term home we finally found the perfect house & were very lucky to fall in to safe hands with O&B .. The staff here are extremely caring to all of our needs & proffesional with reasuring us we had made the right move .. a month in & we couldnt be happier . We have felt so at ease & really appreciated the fact once moved in they had carried on to better our home with additional repairs to make us feel completely at home & happy with everything. Acacia & Tracey dealt with us manly & wanted to say they are a credit to the company .. clearly decent all around & well proffesionly run so if your renting you cant ask for more than this so thank you .

GoogleI have found all the staff at Oliver and Bailey to be extremely professional and helpful. They will respond to any issues very quickly and look after the site with care and commitment. Our tenants have a very good relationship with them and I would recommend their services to any current or potential Landlord .

GoogleThey are very nice when you start your tenancy, but later they will ignore you. For example the fancy triple glazed windows have a water and mould inside (see pictures). You can't see outside normally. They saying: keep ventilating. But the reason is they not paying for the manufacturer company anything for warranty and they doesn't want to change those windows. Also when you like to terminate your tenancy they will harass you. After you moved out they gonna charge you for anything (you had pets, you had a shelving unit installed, redecoration, cleaning, etc) If you a tenant, just keep all your emails and record all the phone calls, because if something just verbally agreed later they will say you are a liar. Tracy L. is the worst she will yelling at you when she want something, but you don't agree with it. Never and ever again with this awful agency!

GoogleThe staff at Oliver & Bailey are all incredibly helpful and kind, and the little goodie bag I received when moving into my new place was an added bonus! If I look for another place in this area I'd be very happy to find another Oliver & Bailey property.
