Due to having knee replacement and a second one due. I requested a move to a ground floor flat. The move and support from Ocasa went excellent. I am between a 2 and 3 star. The room itself was exactly as it described bed, wardrobe, toilet. No complaints on size.Internet was really good. Only issues I had was with other tenants making my flat actually un-liveable. The system for making payments is actually very good and helps to keep everything up to date and in one place. It's an ideal place for people who keep things simple.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTI have never dealt with such an awful company in all my life. The managers are completed useless and there's absolutely no communication. Its cheap for a reason! Flats are disgusting, buildings aren't secure and quite frankly are s**t holes!! Honestly NEVER rent from these people, they only want your money, they don't care about anyone living in these properties

I moved into Willow House in September and I must express praise for the apartment.I am so impressed with the blue sofa in the living area.Ocasa really gave us a very well made, high quality firm sofa.The fact that it's a deep rich navy blue, velvet sofa that looks chic and luxurious, and not the typical uncomfortable black leather sofa you see in other furnished rentals, just shows style, thought and good taste and I love it.The shower is the BEST shower I have ever had and I say that having lived in numerous Hotels/ Aparthotels and Student Halls previously.The shower head is firm, stays put, has great water power and it's not a messy experience of water leaking and going everywhere it shouldn't.The shower as a whole is well made and generous in size.The mattress in the bedroom was completely new, in its packaging, unopened (and again to my surprise) very well made and of good quality. It's firm and so lovely to sleep in. I just love it.Ocasa have really shown thought and attention to detail to things and I think the flat is pretty fabulous.I'm just really enjoying lounging around in the living area, having a shower and having a good night's sleep.So thank you Ocasa, Jo, Laura and the team

I rented a property from Ocasa for just over a year. They were completely useless and the worse landlords I've ever had. The property had cockroaches, but they never came out to deal with the problem. Outside by the bins, there were rats. After an initial check, they were due to come back to do some maintenance on the smoke detectors but the appointment was cancelled and they never returned. I eventually got my deposit back but they still owe me money for overpayment of rent. Poor communication and lots of excuses in an attempt to cover up their failures. Avoid at all costs.

Very horrible customer service. Left me stranded on my moving in date. I had to sleep in a hotel for 3 days and a friend’s for another 3 days. Very inconsistent. Kitchen with no windows. Terrible refrigerator. Reception door always open and homeless people stealing mails. Very dirty building. Fire alarm always on. Just get a personal CCTV if you want to stay in their property. Turnaround time of the staff is terrible. Even their independent contractors complain. I regret moving into that house. I haven’t stayed for up to 2 weeks and it’s a disaster

BEWARE!!!!! A truly disgusting experience at Heritage House. Basic errors in contract which invalidated the tenancy agreement, deposit scheme and guarantor. They don't even know the address of their own building! Rude and condescending when corrected. Rats rife in the grounds, a broken front door to the building meaning homeless folk wander in, steal post, sleep in the halls and try doors, which was told once I reported it was a recent problem, but soon discovered this not to be true. Fire doors banging and fire alarms blaring at all house, no soundproofing between corridors and rooms, ground floor windows left open in all weathers in the corridors. Good luck getting any useful communication out of them either unless it's a threat. A truly damaging, traumatic experience. BEWARE!!!!!

I really wish I can give a negative star. The worst I have ever lived in my life. I contacted them everyday for more than a month now complaining about the spoilt fridge at one of their building in Avonmore court, Raleigh street, West Midlands. Up till the very moment I haven’t got any positive response. Even some days i cancelled my shifts just to be at home anytime I heard an engineer is coming but it was so unfortunate that I cancelled shifts and yet no engineer showed up. I don’t know why I keep pay for rent when I’m living uncomfortably. I have lost certain amount of money on food as all food cooked and kept in the fridge kept on going bad. I can’t buy a new fridge when I am paying for such services along side my accommodation.This is the worst experience I have ever had as a tenant.

Last year I had to quit my job due to personal issues and had ALOT going on. I got diagnosed with panic disorder and PTSD and I also have autism and ADHD. I was so depressed and had to leave my job and my rent arrears racked up to £3000. They just reject every offer I have given them. I can’t even afford to eat and they are expecting £600+ a month. I’m getting evicted and I have nothing. No food, no money, I have mental health and I am forcing myself to work to pay these nasty people off. Also they are robbing thrives £430 a month for a small box room and a shower and a toilet. Seen bigger prison cells on tv. Kitchen can fit one person in, no living area, 3 people to one small flat

Moved in to the apple building in manchester at 2019. Since that time, quality of service had seriously degraded whilst they tried increasing the rent which we all contested and ocasa backtracked to a smaller increase which I didn't mind paying.2 months later, 85% of the building got evicted under section 21 so they could do up all the flats that cost £670 prior the increase to £1450 per month. Communication is dreadful and the building manager is ignorant and doesn't really care for the tenants. This whole situation has put serious anxiety and depression throughout the eviction process.This whole scenario is documented on a show that's on BBC iPlayer called Evicted where it shows the apple building.
