Josh and the team were great. We lost one buyer but James found another one within hours and that sale went through smoothly. A big shout out to Jo who behind the scenes pulled strings, chased people, made things happen and still found time to call to keep me updated. A first class service.

The whole team at Oakfield have been really supportive, professional, friendly and swift to respond. I am especially grateful to Josh and Jo for their commitment to seeing through the sale/purchase, which had some hiccups through no fault of their own. I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with Oakfield has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, issues are not resolved in a timely manner, and there is a clear lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to address ongoing problems, nothing has been handled properly. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

The process of securing the flat was a very positive experience. It was an absolute pleasure and completely stress-free. Super helpful, very accommodating, patient and understanding. Would highly recommend. 👍🏼 After viewing numerous properties with a large and prominent competitor estate agency, Oakfield was truly a breath of fresh air. They were never pushy, there was zero pressure, they were honest, transparent, and supportive, unlike some other agencies in town.

I put in an enquiry in regards to renting in Hastings/Bexhill. I can’t express how amazing and professional Izzy and the team are at Hastings branch lettings, I was struggling for so long to find a property that would accept me and my personal circumstances. We’re first time buyers purchasing through Oakfield and they made the whole process feel so easy. Even though they act for the vendor we still felt supported and looked after. Josh was our main point of contact and he was fantastic - professional, quick to respond, and great at keeping us updated through out the whole process. We won’t be selling any time soon but Oakfield will definitely be our first choice
