From the very first conversation, Tia was exceptional, professional, extremely well-organised, super responsive and genuinely caring about finding the right tenant for my property. She listened carefully to what was important to me, suggested realistic pricing based on current market conditions, prepared beautiful and honest listing photos & description, and then very quickly brought me several good-quality applicants. Throughout the whole process (viewings, negotiations, contract stage, deposit & inventory) Tia was always one step ahead, communicated clearly and calmly even when things got a bit hectic, and solved every small issue immediately. Thanks to her I ended up with fantastic, respectful tenants and the whole renting experience was surprisingly stress-free. If you’re thinking about renting out your property with Oakfield, ask for Tia. Seriously, she’s a real gem. Thank you so much, Tia, you made the whole process smooth and pleasant!

GoogleThe team at Oakfield Hastings are all really helpful, friendly and keep their word to call you back. Due to a devastating flood in our home we required a letting which proved quite difficult to secure due to a unique circumstance. Jenny took up this challenge with professionalism but more importantly with empathy. We were made to feel we were important to her, she solved issues when they arose for which we are grateful.
