GoogleOakfield’s of Bexhill have been our first experience of letting property. Roxanne and Chloe in particular have been exceptionally helpful and have a very high standard of proffessional qualities. We would recommend them. This firm has brilliant news letters and a great image which lives up to the standards required in a competitive world.

GoogleOur buying and selling was a little different to the norm. My elderly parents wanted to move to a house that had come up for sale next door to me so it was the only house they were interested in. Of course buying and selling your home is a personal thing, but due to their age and health this was even more so. Oakfield in Bexhill could not have done more to not only sell mum's house but to support all of our family through the process. The whole office were brilliant but our special thanks go to Phil and Sue that absolutely went above and beyond their normal work duties to support us we really cannot thank them enough

GoogleThe members of staff in branch are wonderful. Always accessible when needed and will arrange call backs if required. In particular, Charlotte Wilkinson, Roxanne and Lindsay have been outstanding in helping me with one of their properties. Only way it could be better is if they approve my request to have a dog!

GoogleI have been renting with Oakfield for over 4 years now and recently moved properties with them. Considering moving can be a stressful experience Charlotte and the staff at Oakfield were very helpful and efficient in my transition from old property to new. Many thanks and fully recommended.

GoogleCurrently going through the process of moving next week, had some really bad experiences with estate agents and always dreaded moving but oakfield have made it so straight forward and easy I move next week and I've only had to go into the office once. They've kept me updated every step of the way by either phone, text or their portal. Couldn't recommend them more! Especially Lucy who has been dealing with my whole move!

GoogleI was trying to find a property in Bexhill, and was really struggling because the agency was not good (too many cafes i suspect..) and then I viewed a property with Oakfield and the difference was clear from the start. Charlotte and Lucy from Oakfield were dynamic, energetic, efficient, friendly, and really keen to find me the perfect place. It was so refreshing to see that they cared. I have dealt with all of the agencies in the area and this one is the best by far !

GoogleI approached Oakfield to find me a tenant for my property on a Let Only basis. I had been stung by an agent before, losing £1000 due to a bad situation the agent created, so I was very wary and asked a lot of questions throughout the process. I mainly dealt with Charlotte and Chloe, and they were a pleasure to work with. Helpful and keen to make sure I had all the information I needed, they set my mind at ease, and ultimately the process was followed through from start to finish in a positive and very professional manner. Their 5-star reputation is very well deserved, both as individuals and as a company.

GoogleI have been using Oakfield for the last two years and have found both Chloe and Charlotte excellent... I'm just in the process of renewing my tenancy and Charlotte has listened carefully to my requirements as far as a tenant goes...I have also found her to be super helpful in getting quotes in for small repairs to the flat even though they are not managing it. I am out of the area so this is invaluable. I'm very happy with Oakfield and would not dream of going anywhere else!

GoogleI was in urgent need of a suitable property to rent in bexhill. Oakfields office in bexhill looked very professional and very well presented. On entering this branch I was greeted by Charlotte. On providing all the requirements that my family needed charlotte searched through all the available properties and immediately located our current and new home. Charlotte provided a very fast and prompt service that enabled an urgent viewing. The property was excellent and within an hour I paid the fees. Charlotte ensured that the whole process was fast and completed within a short time period. Charlotte is a credit to oakfields. 10/10

GoogleThe staff at Oakfield are always delightful to deal with and understand their business so well. They have been really helpful with us as we get to grips with being landlords for a property out of area. Their support to us and our tenant is excellent and I would happily recommend them to any landlord.
