GoogleHad an issue with our security key so occasionally we would be locked out of the building and needed this sorted ASAP - Charlotte was very helpful in getting us new keys and kept me updated regularly on the situation! I would like to thank Charlotte for her fantastic service.

GoogleNew to Oakfields services who we`ve chosen to look after the letting of a flat of ours so early days, however, I can say that the reason we have gone with Oakfields is solely down to Charlotte. From the minute we met her she gave us a good impression with her confidence and we`ve been very impressed with her. She`s very positive, efficient, responds straight away to any mails and is very easy to work with.

Googlei would highly recommend using oakfield, as the staff are knowledgable polite and helpful and are very quick to respond to any queries or problems. I rented through oakfield back in 2014 and had a positive experience then, any problems I had including matenance issues were sorted quickly and I recieved all my deposit back to the penny when I left the property which can be unheard off when renting! After recently going through oakfield again, I have no doubts that I will have the same experience. Throughout the renting process I was speaking with Lucy, Lucy was very patient and clear when explaining all the steps and process and was very fast at getting back to me with any questions, she is an asset of the oakfield team for Bexhill! Overall oakfield have been the only estate agents I have had a positive view about in comparison to other local estate agents.

GoogleWe sold a flat in Bexhill through Oakfield recently and couldn't have wished for a better service! All the staff were friendly and helpful and Phil Hall was amazing. We had a firm buyer in less than a month and he kept us fully updated at all times. He went out of his way to help when we ran into a few problems and nothing was too much trouble. A very professional and friendly service throughout. Thank you Phil for all your help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

GoogleOakfield has been letting and managing a flat for me in Bexhill for several years. Recently I’ve had problems with a new tenant not paying rent and the team has been extremely supportive during what has become a very stressful period. Roxanne in particular has been amazing, going far and beyond the call of duty to help. She is professional and competent, and on several occasions has taken the trouble to contact me outside of her working day to keep me updated and try to resolve the problem, which with her and the team’s help has thankfully been achieved. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Oakfield.

GoogleFound a property very last minute to rent and wanted to move in ASAP. The agent Lucy was very helpful and informative. She worked very hard in order to complete the transaction as quick as possible to allow us to move in within a week of viewing the property. Highly recommend Oakfield nothing is too much trouble.

GoogleOakfield's team were fantastic. Everyone most helpful and good advice given. Property was priced sensibly and sold within a week. We weren't in Sussex at completion but all was handled well with no fuss. We cannot speak highly enough of this estate agency, and recommend them unreservedly.
