GoogleI bought a 4-bedroom unit, I've been living in it for almost 1 month, the quality of the materials is very good and it was delivered within the expected time frame, Kate's service was 5 stars. The only point really is that there were several small snags to be tidied up, but they are tidying everything up little by little. When they're finished, maybe I'll come back here and raise my review to 5 stars.

GoogleA spacious, promising new development tucked away from the main road through to Wigan. Though a large development, the houses vary in design, so don't all look the same. Being modern in design, the external look can take a bit of getting used to if you are used to more traditional designs. That said, the internal layouts are really good and make the most of the space. Fixtures/fittings are of excellent quality and I was really impressed by how airy and light the houses are inside. Well positioned for local towns and the M6 motorway, my main concern would be the size of development and the continuation for around another 3yrs before completion. If you don't mind living on a building site for the foreseeable, it's a great option.
