From the outset I was impressed by the no nonsense but optimistic attitude shown by Allan & the team - within a month by flat was sold! Communication was outstanding throughout the process and Allan (aswell as Charlie & Jason) were happy to go above and beyond to get the job done...despite me being a pain & worrying at every point they were able to reassure me without making false promises. As I live more than 200 miles away from the property I was selling, and we were in lockdown, I needed to have someone reliable to visit the property and keep me posted on everything that was going on
Within 2 days of the house going on the market, an offer, at the asking price, was made and accepted
Ellie acted as go-between throughout the entire process, chivying solicitors where necessary, ensuring that both sides were fully up to date with events, and visiting the property to keep me reassured that everything was OK
