GoogleI have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none of them are worth tuppence. However, a friend recommended Noble Residential and I have to say that they are far and away the best estate agents I have ever used. The difference is that they actually care about the people who are paying them, the customers. The secret is communication and where other hopeless agents ignore you, Noble listen and respond. I want to thank them for selling my flat, especially Charlie who has been delightful, friendly and most of all, a great professional. GoogleEveryone at Noble was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my property, but a special big thanks has to go to the sales progessor Charlie, who was so supportive throughout the whole process, not just with buying my new property, but also with getting updates on the sale of my previous one. She was excellent at contacting all the solicitors, and pushing everyone involved to get the sale through. I honestly would have been lost without her! When Charlie was unavailable, Allan provided the same level of support, and I was very grateful for his help in the lead up to exchange. Charlie who dealt with our sales progression was always on hand to tackle any barriers that arose swiftly to progress things at all time. She was very prompt, tentative to any questions that we raised. She is a very good communicator and made our purchase experience a lot more easier then it probably otherwise would've been. I feel she is part of a very good team and i would recommend people to purchase property through Noble Residential and hope others get the experience we have received. GoogleI cannot recommend Nobles enough. From a very bad experience with a previous estate agents I went into the process with selling my house with Nobles with not many high hopes. From the beginning of the process & getting my property listed for sale, through to the viewing coordination & price negotiation it made the whole experience in the end enjoyable. I have also purchased through them & Charlie in the post sales team has been nothing short of amazing, she has been on the end of the phone & email through out this whole process to which i am very grateful for. A good estate agent is worth its wait in gold & the team at Nobles i would say are the best around.

Kerry was great at getting me a competitive mortgage deal. Charlie was amazing at touching base and ensuring all parties were informed of any developments. Meeting Allan during the property viewing was very pleasant. When I’ve had questions about the property following the purchase, they have been so willing to help as well! GoogleHad lots of dealings with this estate agent as it was a complicated purchase, with numerous problems with flat lease & other outstanding problems with the building. Joe went back to the seller many times and negotiated numerous issues well, to get a good outcome. Will use them again next time I sell.
