GoogleWe have recently completed the purchase of our first home with Nicholsons as the estate agent acting on behalf of the seller. I couldn’t speak more highly of Lewis and Graham who I was in frequent contact throughout the process. From beginning to end they were extremely welcoming and would go out of their way to help with any questions or requests I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering use of their services.

GoogleWe bought a house from Alex at Nicholsons a few years ago and had a great experience so when it came time to sell we knew we wanted to work with him again. Alex and the Nicholsons Fleet team were incredible throughout a very long and drawn out process (due to the chain above). They got our house sold within two days of getting it on the market and when the buyers pulled out six months later due to delays at the top of the chain they found us new buyers, again within a couple of days. Communication was great and Alex kept us updated at every single stage. I highly recommend Nicholsons!

GoogleAbsolutely over the moon with the service I’ve received, couldn’t be happier! Graham and the Nicholson’s team are some of the most genuine and trustworthy professionals I’ve ever come across. I first approached them late last year about a property they had available. I made an offer below the asking price, and after some negotiation, it was accepted. The property was leasehold, and throughout the sales process, several obstacles arose, at times, it felt like the deal was on the verge of falling through. However, I cannot fault Graham and the team in any way. Their professionalism, persistence, and problem-solving ensured a successful outcome. Finding an estate agent who is both honest and reliable is rare these days, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across this exceptional team. Graham, in particular, has gone above and beyond. He has always been available, no matter the time, whether it’s 8 PM in the evening or on a Sunday, he has never hesitated to assist. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in this industry. I highly recommend Nicholson’s and all the services they offer. It’s been a privilege working with them, and I look forward to any future dealings!

GoogleLewis at Nicholsons recently over saw the sale of a house I purchased. He was knowledgable and professional during the viewing, but it was his persistence driving forward the sale of a tricky 6 property chain that really impressed me. To make things better when Lewis was on holiday the process was picked up by Graham who was equally as dedicated. Huge thank you to two of them and great service and would highly recommend.
