I didn't actually sell my house through them but did buy through them. There were a few issues in the chain and they were very proactive to get updates and push things through. I stopped calling my estate agents as Nicholsons were far better. If I ever sell I will go to Nicholson's next time!

I have just recently completed on my new home. The team at Nicholsons are very professional, especially Alex who was first class during the whole process, he really helped the sale go through quickly (7 weeks from from offer to completion). Updating me regularly and chasing the vendor for documents and signatures. I would highly recommend Nicholsons and will certainly use them again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I cannot recommend Nicholsons enough, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would particularly like to thank Alex for going above and beyond to help when needed. He made the sales process very fluent and smooth and always responded promptly when needed. If you want a quick and smooth sale or purchase with great customer service then this is the agent to use.
