GoogleWe chose Nicholson's to market our property because they looked to have the best sales accumen. It proved to be a sound choice as Dan guided us through the process, always with our interests foremost in dealing with buyer's enquiries. I can recommend Nicholson's Property Group to anyone interested in property transactions in the Scarborough and Filey districts.

GoogleUnfortunately I can't give NO STARS because that is what they deserve! Had water gushing through my ceiling after heavy rain and can't get any sense from anyone at this company (they are our "block managers"!) Their online report form doesn't work. You don't get any sense when you phone them. The boss always seems to be "on the phone" (he must have some marathon phone calls!) Avoid this company.

GoogleI have recently completed the sale of my property through the Scarborough branch of Estate Agents. Dan has been amazing and professional throughout. Very knowledgeable person to deal with, gives you all the information you need so you can make an informed decision. When he says he will call back, he does. What a refreshing change. His support staff have also been very helpful too. Would definitely recommend them.

YellExcellent professional and friendly service
Nicholsons recently managed the sale of my flat in Scarborough. From the first step into the flat for a valuation to the handing over of the keys to the new owner, the service was exemplary. Always a friendly attitude from the manager and his team making sure the sale process was smooth and trouble free. Highly recommended.

GoogleDiscuststing property and hide all of the problems before you sign the tenancy and deny knowing the house is falling apart inside and riddled top to bottom with damp. Should be ashamedfor actually allowing people to live in such bad accommodation
