GoogleWe have just completed a purchase where Nicholsons were the selling agent. Charlotte showed us around the property but has been much more than just an agent selling. We can't thank Charlotte enough for her help, she really has gone over and above her standard remit in helping, even after completion of the sale - I would highly recommend this firm and ask for Charlotte!

I used this agent to sell a property in Scarborough, as I live in Birmingham I needed someone local. Had a chat with them over the phone and sorted out the cost (which was below the average price) dropped off a set of keys, and basically they did everything for me. I was kept informed every step of the way. The property sold in a few days so overall I was very impressed with the service I received. Many thanks to Niki Duncan and Dan De Freitas for handling the sale.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling! There's nothing positive to say about Nicholson's. We own a flat in a building they 'manage'. Maintenance charges increase for no reason & for that they do nothing. Leaking roof, shabby interior & exterior & no communication unless they want money. Selling up simply because of Nicholson's.

Rude and condescending approach to tenants and entirely unregulated so they get away with this time and time again. Amazes me that in a town so small that anyone uses this firm. I can only assume the landlords get treated a lot better than the tenants but probably explains the ridiculous turnover of properties. Staff seem about ready to rebel against the Office Manager too! One can only hope.
