GoogleI visited Nº.26 (walk in), I went on another viewing and decided to visit here, too. Tiana showed me around, and she was amazing! She gave me a full tour, she was courteous, polite, and pleasant. Even though they didn't have the amenities I was after, recommendations were made for another building they managed, and I've now moved into that other apartment. But kudos to Nº26 and their staff!

GoogleHave been living here since 2 years now. Team is very good. Hafeez is very helpful, we needed help with some electricity issue at night and he was very quick to help.

GoogleThis place is amazing, really well managed and has a cool vibe. I loved that during Eid they placed food and snacks out for residents and visitors in the reception area. I met a few of the staff but for me I have to say Hannah was just amazing, really friendly and easy to talk to.

GoogleI’ve been living here for 3 years now, and I have to say, the recent changes have been absolutely amazing. The new team has brought such a positive energy to the building, and I genuinely feel lucky to be part of this community. Hafeez is the friendliest concierge you could ask for. He’s always happy to have a chat and checks in with a smile, he really sets the tone for the day. Hannah has been a breath of fresh air! So approachable, understanding, and flexible. Habab never fails to brighten my day; she always greets you with a smile and feels more like a friend than a staff member. Johnny does an incredible job keeping the place spotless, and every morning before work, he makes sure to wish me a good day. It’s the little things like that which make such a difference. And Kouloud is just the nicest person, always looking out for the tenants and even our pets. This team is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever come across. Living here has been such a joy, and I already know I’m going to miss everyone so much as I’m moving out. Thank you all for making this place feel like home!

Google“I recently moved into this building and have been really impressed! The apartment was spotless and ready to go, with fresh paint and everything in perfect condition. The whole management team is outstanding, Hannah Khouloud are always friendly. Dom is super responsive, and Johnny keeps the building looking pristine. Plus the community events like Christmas and Diwali celebrations add such a personal touch. I already feel at home here!”

GoogleI moved to No. 26 two months ago, and I am absolutely delighted with that decision. Not only have I finally found a place I can truly call home, but I have also experienced outstanding support from the entire team, from maintenance to reception. I would particularly like to commend the manager, Hannah, for her exceptional assistance. She provided invaluable support from my initial inquiry through to my move-in, addressing every question with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high standard of quality, where the on-site team genuinely cares about residents' well-being.

Hafeez, Olivier, Khouloud, Habab and Keith, who go out of their way to not only assist best they can, but extend the same hospitality to guests. GoogleBeen here for over a year, moved in an emergency, ended up having a most wonderful experience, friendly staff the best ever, go out of their way to help and accommodate professional and at the same time super empathetic.I will be leaving with a heavy heart they are and will always be family .My thanks to Hannah, Hubab ,Khould, Shona ,Keith, Hafeez, Olly, Dom and the cleaning staff , this is a magical team, ♥️ Native I don’t know how you did it , this is your golden 8 , hold on to them.

GoogleI lived here with my partner for a little over a year and can say that I never had any issues with water, drains or heating as other people had mentioned and maintenance team assists in a timely manner, Dom being the frontman. The reception team is great, they are always happy to help and answer questions. I would like to give a special mention to Hafez, Keith, Habab and Olivier for always being great! There are some things that are not great with this building, but that’s something that does not really impact my and my partner’s lives.
