I moved here in April and have to say the management team is professional and friendly. There is a 24 hour concierge on the front desk and they handle any postal/package deliveries. There is a lounge/work area on the 1st floor and two terraces on the top of the building which are all accessible to all residents In the bottom outside the front door is a Starbucks and also a small restaurant. Just around the corner is a Co-Op. Its a 5 minute walk to East Croydon which is a Rail, Tram, Bus hub, and a 10 minute walk to get into central Croydon. The flats are modern, furnished to a high standard with modern Montpellier appliances (Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven/Hob). There is plenty of storage (I have a 2bed/2bath) and there is a entry way cupboard, plus storage in both bedrooms and plenty of storage in the kitchen area. The rooms are spacious without wasting space. Three lifts service the majority the building.

I visited Nº.26 (walk in), I went on another viewing and decided to visit here, too. Tiana showed me around, and she was amazing! She gave me a full tour, she was courteous, polite, and pleasant. Even though they didn't have the amenities I was after, recommendations were made for another building they managed, and I've now moved into that other apartment. But kudos to Nº26 and their staff!

This place is amazing, really well managed and has a cool vibe. I loved that during Eid they placed food and snacks out for residents and visitors in the reception area. I met a few of the staff but for me I have to say Hannah was just amazing, really friendly and easy to talk to.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now, and I have to say, the recent changes have been absolutely amazing. The new team has brought such a positive energy to the building, and I genuinely feel lucky to be part of this community. Hafeez is the friendliest concierge you could ask for. He’s always happy to have a chat and checks in with a smile, he really sets the tone for the day. Hannah has been a breath of fresh air! So approachable, understanding, and flexible. Habab never fails to brighten my day; she always greets you with a smile and feels more like a friend than a staff member. Johnny does an incredible job keeping the place spotless, and every morning before work, he makes sure to wish me a good day. It’s the little things like that which make such a difference. And Kouloud is just the nicest person, always looking out for the tenants and even our pets. This team is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever come across. Living here has been such a joy, and I already know I’m going to miss everyone so much as I’m moving out. Thank you all for making this place feel like home!

I’ve recently moved out after living in this building for nearly 2 years, and I just had to leave a review. The entire time I was here, the experience was top-notch. When I first moved in, the apartment was immaculate, and the maintenance team was always quick to handle any issues, big or small. Dom and Johnny were always so responsive and professional. I remember a few times I had small repairs, and they'd take care of them the same day, which was incredible. What really made this place feel special, though, was the sense of community. The team really knows how to make you feel at home. Hannah, Khouloud, and Habab were always so kind and welcoming, and they even hosted fun events like holiday celebrations and community gatherings. I never felt like just a tenant; I felt like part of the family here. If I ever need to move back to Croydon, this is definitely the first place I’ll look!
