GoogleVery disappointed. Had booked a viewing for the property. Was driving 50 miles there and 50 miles back only to find out that the property is being sold with the tenant and can't be seen.. Does the agency know what do it sell? Would not waste my time again!!!
Hi Alina, thanks for your review and we take on your feedback. We specialise in helping landlords sell tenanted properties and as such over 90% of our property listings are tenanted. All our property sales can be viewed (we even pay tenanted to allow viewings unlike any other local agent) and all of them can be purchased with the tenant in situ or they can be purchased vacant. We always strive to find a w-in-win deal with tenant-landlord-purchaser and so long as we get an offer at the price the vendor can accept a deal can always be done. Notwithstanding this, if you had a wasted trip for any reason which was our responsibility, we would also offer to pay you £25 towards your petrol and travel costs, again unlike any other agent, so please contact us to discuss.
