GoogleRecently bought a property being sold by mundys. They were helpful, friendly and gave us an excellent experience with buying our second home. They kept in contact with us the entire time of the selling & buying process and gave us updates whenever we needed. We wish we had used them to sell our property and will definitely be using if we ever decide to again. Highly recommend.

Google⭐☆☆☆☆ I genuinely wish I had something positive to say about our experience with Mundys, but unfortunately I don't. The only good thing to come out of the whole process was finding our bungalow. Everything after that was stressful and disappointing. As first-time buyers, buying our first home should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. Instead, it became months of chasing people, unnecessary delays and constant stress. We often felt like we were doing the estate agent's job ourselves. Communication was almost non-existent. We rarely received updates unless we chased them ourselves, and I ended up speaking directly with the seller on multiple occasions because nothing seemed to be moving. We actually built a great relationship with the seller, which says a lot considering that should never have been necessary. The most frustrating part was that we were due to complete on **22nd May**, but everything was thrown into chaos after an allegation was made that I had somehow influenced the seller into agreeing a completion date. This simply wasn't true. The delay that followed cost us money, caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress and had a real impact on both of us, mentally and physically. To top it all off, completion day, which should have been exciting, was incredibly underwhelming. There wasn't even a "congratulations on your new home." After everything we'd been through, that summed up the whole experience. I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but I honestly couldn't recommend Mundys based on our experience. We expected guidance, communication and support through one of the biggest milestones of our lives. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated, exhausted and completely let down. I sincerely hope no other first-time buyers have to go through the experience we had.

GoogleVicki was exceptional. Very supportive, guided the buyer, offered support throughout the process. The communications were excellent from start to finish. Vicki went above and beyond, helped us arrange a house clearance with one day's notice. The pricing was fair, the service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vicki and Mundys.

GoogleFirst contact with the lady who did the viewing wasn't great as she was quite blunt and the third viewing we had of the property was with a different lady who was made us rush to take the measurements we needed for furniture, through no fault of hers it was just a tightly packed and I thought out schedule, no other issues and everything else was lovely

Mundys have a culture of fraudulently not returning deposits and lie about the reasons why they are steeling your money. The people working there are arrogant and follow the company's practice of illegal activity. There are similar problems within the letting industry, but Mundys have taken it to a new level.

GoogleWe’re so happy we chose JP Brimelow in Chorlton to sell our flat. The whole experience was generally smooth, professional, and far less stressful than we expected. There were some bumps along the road from other parties but never from JP Brimelow. Ryan was great from the initial valuation meeting. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Charlotte, who handled our sales progression, was amazing throughout. She stayed on top of everything, kept things moving, and was always easy to contact whenever we had questions or needed updates. The entire team felt genuinely invested and responsive from start to finish. We were especially impressed with the marketing. The professional photos and video tour were beautifully done and really showed the flat at its best. I genuinely valued their opinion, expertise and care throughout our sale and even went to them for some advice regarding our onward purchase. The flat sold very quickly, and overall we’re incredibly pleased with both the service and the result. Would absolutely recommend them.
