Damian (agent) and Sue (sales progression) from MoveRevolution really got our house purchase moving. We had tried to purchase twice before with different agencies and the sales had failed for a number of reasons. It was such a relief to finally find a house we loved paired with an efficient sales team, who were very frank and up front about the realities of timescale, amenable to further visits and available for a chat at all times. We have now been in our new home for several weeks and really can't thank Damian and Sue enough.

Having spent plenty of time chasing estate agents asking to actually see properties during our search, I was running out of hope that I would ever meet someone who either replied to my call or listened to what I was actually looking for. Ryan was a dream from the start; no wet hand shake, not vague fussing of how much the property *might* be on sale for. It's quite possible we've met the only estate agent alive who doesn't wear a shiny suit!!!! Ryan showed us another property as well as the one we had called to view. Unlike many other agents who took us on a tour of practically everything in their books, the second one Ryan took us to was appropriate and gave us a good guide to what our budget and request list would get us in a different area. His contact is timely and not at all overbearing, whilst being professional and useful. He even puts up with our slightly off kilter chatter with a very good natured laugh. At this point in the sale, I would hightly reccomend him. Five gold stars.

Ryan showed us the property and was able to answer our questions both on the day and in subsequent conversations. Once we had submitted and had our offer accepted Ryan continued to stay in touch to ensure that things were progressing as expected. On Completion day Ryan was on hand to deliver our keys to us. Ryan was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Sue Peyton was fantastic in progressing our purchase, very proactive following up with my solicitor and the sellers solicitor and also facilitating communication between us and the seller. Sue was relentless in targetting our preferred completion date and we were impressed with the effort and committment Sue put in to try to achieve that for us. Sue also kept us up to date with the Sellers needs and timelines and this open and two way communication channel was key to keeping the move on track and mitigating pressure points. It's taken exactly 8 weeks since we viewed our new house to exchanging contracts, with a 2 week period from exchange to completion. Apart from the fact that this has saved me a lot of money, it has also saved a huge amount of potential stress that is not so easy to put a price on! In the latter stages of the process Sue at Move Revolution was fantastic, calling nearly every day to advise and update. Much appreciated as sometimes these days one can forever wait on emails when it's quicker and easier to just talk! Once again, a huge thanks to everyone at Move Revolution, especially Luke and Sue.
