Any question or problems we had she would resolve them for us with great efficiency. Nothing was to small or to big and Sue always kept us up to date with what was going on. I find Ryan's customer service to be of a high level and genuine. He is always happy to answer questions i have, and is always fast with his replies. I contacted Ryan to ask if he would be able to sign as a witness on an ID 3 form, which he courteously agreed too. He allowed me to choose a convenient time for myself to meet him at his office to sign the document. The following morning i discovered that there was a second page of the document that needed signing, i was conscious to have this form completed quickly and sent back to my solicitor, and i rang Ryan to see if i would be able to go to the office ASAP.. Ryan invited me to the office straight away, and i was then able to go to the post office, send off the documents and not have to worry about it anymore.

I couldn't fault Move Revolution. Phone calls were always returned promptly and issues dealt with swiftly and diplomatically. The staff seemed to genuinely care that everyone involved was kept in the loop and happy, and I received intelligent answers to questions. I think buyer and seller were dealt with fairly and equally.

As first time buyers we needed a bit more handholding than most. The service from Move Revolution and Ryan specifically was excellent. He was always contactable and ready to answer any questions we had. He made the process smooth and straightforward, getting us the keys to our house very quickly. He was a great conduit between us and the seller, with nothing too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Move Revolution to friends and family and will be sure to get in touch when we decide to move.

Move Revolution were selling the property we have bought. We were in a fairly hefty chain which has taken the best part of a year to complete. Throughout the process Sue and the team were on hand whenever we needed them, reassuring us and giving us updates when requested. This was our first purchase and Move Revolution certainly helped make it a little less stressful.

From start to finish I honestly couldn't fault Move Revolution! From the moment we requested to view a couple of properties, Damien was in touch instantly to get things booked in. He booked the viewings in to suit us and nothing was a problem. Once our offer got accepted we were passed over to Sue who would now be looking after us. I have one word to describe Sue....AMAZING!! If it wasn't for her I think I would have gone crazy. Every time I sent an email to ask a question or get an update she replied instantly. Always so helpful and I don't think we would have got to the finishing line as quickly as we did without her. She chased solicitors for us on a regular basis and was in touch all the time so we knew exactly what was going on. We were first time buyers so weren't completely familiar with certain situations etc, but she really did make everything go as smoothly as it could for us. Having dealt with a lot of agents while trying to look for a property I know there are some that are one down from useless, not Move Revolution. They are by far the best at keeping in touch with you and their customer service is 5*. When we eventually come to sell I know I will be going back to them and I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

I particularly liked how he balanced his role as a sales agent and an advisor in the purchase. This was apparent from the very beginning when we went to see the house and Ryan didn't just walk around two steps behind us (as many agents do), but actually had things to say about the house and the rooms, not only giving us important and appreciated information, but also showing that he had done his homework and knew something about the house other then how to turn the key to the front door (again, unlike most other agents).

He often followed up conversations or querys out of office hours to ensure we had all the information we needed before making a decision. We had the pleasure of dealing with Zac, the sales manager at Move Revolution. Zac was professional at all times and was extremely helpful and informative. Although the new build houses we were interested in were all sold STC, we requested Zac to keep us updated with the status. He always kept us informed in a helpful and friendly manor and immediately contacted us when one of the plots became available again. This was perfect as we were going through a stressful time trying to find a property with a newborn baby at the same time. Zac was immediately available for any questions we had, and went above and beyond to help. We would recommend Move Revolution to anyone who requires support with buying or selling their property.

We contacted Move Revolution about a house we were interested in viewing. The service we received from them was excellent, and especially from Chester Freitas who showed us round .. A really charming young man and very knowledgable about the property we were seeing. We went to view it on two further occasions and were always met with his ever-present polite manner and patience! One of the reasons I'm writing this review is because we were both so impressed with him. In the end we found another house that was better suited to us, but were genuinely sorry not to conclude a purchase through him. If we were selling in the future we would certainly be giving Move Revolution a call. Knowing that potential buyers would be given a courteous and informed viewing and such good customer service would be a great reason to choose this agent. Highly recommended.

Chester, on a personal level, is a lovely man. He has been professional throughout and regularly keeps in touch. He has made the buying process pleasurable, as have the rest of the team after we had some bad experiences with 'local' agents. A real asset to the company. Two others who have been helpful and great to deal with are Paul, who also showed us around a property, and Ryan who has been excellent at taking us through the buying process and keeping us updated. Altogether a fantastic team at this branch, we would happily use them again to buy and sell.

Paul has been a wonderful help in our ongoing first time house purchase - he has always been extremely communicative, sensitive, honest and straightforward throughout the process. Having experienced some terrible dealings with estate agents I was very happy to find an estate agent that we could trust. Paul restored our faith in estate agents and I would highly recommend Move Revolution (we will definitely use them in the future).
