Really upset and disappointed by our experience buying through Move Revolution Crawley. It took two days for our offer to be passed to the seller at the beginning and we didn’t have any response or update for a week- we were chasing them and were about to offer on another property. Once the offer was accepted a sales progression person was assigned to us who contacted almost daily to ask when we would be exchanging- it felt quite aggressive and harassing, we asked on two occasions for the daily emails and calls to stop as there were delays due to Covid, lockdown and Christmas. This just felt unprofessional. We sent them the results from our survey highlighting lots of repairs to share with the seller- we then received an unedited emotional and rude email forwarded by the agent from the seller suggesting we find a new build property and threatening to put the property back on the market. This left a really bad taste and it took our solicitor a while to calm us down. This email never should have been seen by us especially with so many comparable properties on the market. This very nearly cost the agent and the seller this sale. Very stressful and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or use Move Revolution to buy or sell in future.

Ismail helped us buy our first home earlier this year. He was very professional, friendly and always on hand to answer our questions throughout the process. Ismail, Sue and the team also helped us exchange and complete just before the lockdown restrictions came in, this could have been a really anxious period at the best of times, but we felt incredibly supported and well-looked after and they went the extra mile to make it as stress-free as possible. We love our new home and would thoroughly recommend Ismail and the team at Move Revolution.

I registered with Damian at Move Revolution with some specific requirements. He listened and understood what I would and wouldn’t compromise on and so when he rung me with a property that he said matched my needs I knew that it would. He gave me great advice on how to secure the property whilst always working in his clients interests and would call me or take calls late into the evening and on Sundays. Sue managed the sale once all agreed and she was always a pleasure to talk to. Again she gave me great advice on surveyors etc and also appreciated that it wasn’t always possible for me to take calls so would follow up with a clear email so I knew where things were. I genuinely believe Sue and Damian care about helping people move and work in a proactive and friendly way whilst getting the job done! Thanks for making it possible for me to have secured new home, I wouldn’t be moving without you! Susan

Sue has been absolutely great, progressing the property to exchange of contract. She has kept me informed at every step and every time I have picked up the phone she has been very helpful and accommodating and has dealt with everything immediately. The last week or so has been a bit of a bumpy road and Sue has been great, liaising with everyone and getting everything sorted between all the parties. Absolutely fantastic every step of the way.

Luke and Paul made buying a flat really simple. They are friendly, knowledgeable and interested (this isn't always the case with agents!), without ever applying any sales-type pressure. Always relaxed, even when I was 10 minutes late for a viewing! I'd definitely consider selling through them.
