I had a really good experience with Move Revolution, particularly Abigail, who was so knowledgeable about everything i.e. the property, the area. Always made me feel at ease, never rushed. Move Revolution are a great Team! If I was buying again, they would be my first port of call!

I filled out three enquiries on the website for these guys, never receiving a call back from an engineer. So I started calling daily about my project, starting from 29/01, every day I got the same answer that someone would call me back shortly to book in an engineer visit. From 7 calls, I spoke to five different people, all aware of the project deadlines who said they would 'call me back shortly', I didn't receive a single call back but remained patient with my project on a deadline. Every call was 'Don't worry, we'll get an engineer out to you'. I called today 07/02/25, to be told engineers are booked until mid-March. A complete waste of time and putting our whole project deadline and opening date for our independent business at risk. A week and a half waiting on these guys for them to quite rudely dismiss me when surely they'd know if their engineers were booked!

Thank you to Andrew, Graham and Vanessa at the Horsley office for all your fabulous help. You could not have done more to facilitate the sale of my late brother’s house, especially given that I live in Nottingham. It was a pleasure doing business with you all. Also you were so helpful recommending local services I could use, all of whom proved to be excellent. Thank you.

Graham, Vanessa and the team were very efficient, considerate and professional in assisting with the sale of my father's property after probate. I would definitely recommend Henshaws if you have a local property to sell.

Richard Wallington has been absolutely fantastic throughout the long process of selling my mum's house. He worked tirelessly over nearly two years, exploring every possible avenue, from developers to private buyers, with determination and professionalism. His perseverance really paid off, and he ultimately secured a great deal for my mum. What really stood out was not just his hard work, but his good humour and positive attitude throughout, which made a potentially stressful process so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and experienced estate agent.

I cannot thank Andrew and his team enough for supporting us buying our dream home in West Horsley. As he knows, it was not an easy ride but he helped every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier right now. We really have found our forever home. Thank you so much Andrew and Henshaws, we could not recommend you more.

Thank you to everyone at Henshaws....Andrew, Richard and Vanessa......and especially.....Graham. The team were amazing and wonderful to work with over a long period. Graham became a confidant and friend during a very stressful time for us and was always available...and without his tireless work the deal would not have happened. These guys are genuinely nice and good people as well as super agents, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Horsleys finest...

Had a wonderful experience being shown a home by Paige Coles-Piper . She was timely, professional and very polite and helpful. Sadly the property didn’t match our needs but she made everything effortless and easy. Thank you Paige!

We recently had an offer on a house accepted with the help of Ryan. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs, provided valuable insights about the property, and never made us feel rushed. Ryan is always available to answer our questions and has kept us up to date when there have been any changes. We are so lucky to have Ryan working with us as we progress through this process.

Worst agency, never pick up phone, took them 3 weeks to arrange viewing, and 30 minutes before appointment they cancel viewing! Okay, this thing happened, we give another try same exact thing happened!
