GoogleOur experience with Move Revolution has been amazing. Once our offer was accepted we were passed onto Danielle Glanville to manage our purchase and I don’t know how we would have done it without her! Her communication was excellent, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. We are so thankful to Danielle for all her help in us buying our first home!

GoogleMove revolution and in particular Danielle and Liam were such a refreshing and pivotal part to us moving house. Initially helping us with viewings and negotiations and then moving on to a very frequent move update process, escalating any issues immediately and helping us lock in move dates with early exchange. Communication was great, I really cannot recommend Move Revolution enough.. if they can stick to these high levels of customer engagement then I would recommend all friends, family and strangers to use them if this is important to you… house buying is stressful, move revolution helped reduce that stress greatly, I am extremely grateful for the support.

Throughout our purchase, the team was consistently transparent, clear, and proactive in their communication, which made a real difference in what can often be a stressful process. They took regular follow-ups with both our solicitors and the sellers, keeping the chain moving and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Any time we had a question, we got a clear and honest answer, no vague responses or being left in the dark. Their active involvement in chasing progress on both sides genuinely helped keep things on track, and we always felt informed about where things stood. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleMove revolution has been nothing but exceptional in this house buying process, unfortunately my purchase hasn’t worked out as planned however I am still here leaving a 5 star review which says a hell of a lot. The team have been transparent from the start and accommodating to my needs with bi weekly calls on updates from every angle. Danielle, you’re an exceptional employee and I hope to deal with you again with all future rental/purchases if you have a property that overlaps my needs. I cannot fault Danielle even with multiple fall throughs and endless delays caused by other people Danielle remained a calm and friendly voice at the end of the phone when I was incredibly stressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danielle and the rest of the Move Revolution team, efficient and proactive but most importantly they remain human and the customer service was outstanding throughout.

GoogleMove Revolution have been instrumental in supporting us through a very complicated and protracted sale of our house. It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

GoogleMove Revolution helped us with the sale of our property. Danielle was an absolute superstar as our sales co-ordinator, helping us with what was probably the longest and most complex house sale that took us 16 month! Even after all this time working on our case she managed to help navigate us through all the hurdles and push it through to the very end helping us secure our sale. Her persistance liasing with the buyer and solitictors was extremely helpful and we couldn't have done it without her. I would highly recommended the whole Move team.

GoogleIt’s been a while since we dealt with this agency and never wanted to share our negative experience because we are not a bad people, especially my husband, however just please do not trust any verbal agreements! Make sure you have everything written down because these people do not care about tenants but landlords and will make you invest and lose money! We are happy we moved on as peace of mind is sometimes more important than money but don’t let them take advantage of you!
