They were the most competitive agency, providing a highly and well put together listing, their communication was excellent and extremely friendly, their service is customised to your needs, and never forget the after-service, as this is absolutely key to ensure that once your property is under offer, that your agent doesn't forget you when things can otherwise drag on. I was introduced to Ryan to view to a property and was impressed straight away with his approachable and professional manner. He introduced himself and showed us where to park our car. During the viewing Ryan showed great knowledge of the property as well as the area and gave us a brilliant insight to local schools, shops and transport links. He remained friendly and personable throughout and this was consistent the next day when he phoned for our feedback. Unfortunately the property was not for us, however, we were happy with the service we received and would recommend Ryan and Move Revolution anytime.

Chris told me he would sell my house and he did. We had some challenging ups and downs but Sue was in contact throughout and kept me informed about what was happening in the chain. She really went the extra mile and kept up the communication. What I really liked about Move Revolution is that they are so available - open for 12 hours every day and easy to get hold of by email, phone and text. This really matters when you lead a busy life and makes the whole business of moving house manageable. All this and very reasonable rates. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

We have recently sold our flat with another agent and Move Revolution were working on behalf of the people we were buying from. If I had to sell my property tomorrow or recommend an Agent to a friend it would be Move Revolution and that would be due to one person. Sue was always available, she was pro-active when things got complicated and was ready and willing to make difficult phone calls and keep everyone involved moving forwards. If it was not for her persistence the move could have taken years or not happened at all! Plus through all the traumas she was always cheerful and professional and always gave us the correct advice. I cannot praise her or Move Revolutions enough.

Paul is very different he is extremely helpful, he always answer my queries be it via emails or phone calls, always polite and has a professional manner (considering I am a difficult customer). The agents tell me they go the extra mile for their clients - and it is true! I bought a flat through Damian who was really helpful (even taking time out in Christmas eve to help!). I was so impressed with him that when I bough the flat (it was a buy to let) I went back to Move Revolution to ask them to help me find a tenant. They found me a great tenant within a short time. Then when I needed to give access to delivery men (very awkward deliver men who would not give a time) them stepped in and did this for me. It wasn't even a managed service - just find a tenant. With selling a house and having to do an international move, it were quite stressful times for us. We were keen on a specific property to rent from the start, but couldn't make a decision straight away. Hannah kept us in the loop and once we were finally ready to go for it, things had to happen quickly. Hannah has been great by making sure all neccessary things were taken care of within just a few days time. We could have never been able to move on such short notice if it wasn't for all her effort.
