I've worked with Chris and Cliff at Move Revolution to buy and sell different properties and have always being delighted with the experience. Let's be honest, we've all dealt with cheesy estate agents, who could have been second hand car salesman or recruitment agents in a previous life. You know the type of people - those who work to their own agenda, rather than yours, those that try to pull the wool over your eyes with spin and terminology, those who pretend that their network of branches work one way when they actually work the other and those who lure you in with promises of a high selling price only to blame random "external factors" a few weeks later when asking you to reduce the price by 10-20%. Well trust me, Chris and Cliff are the complete opposite of all of this! They are 'down to earth, normal like me and you type of guys' that you can trust to be honest, communicate in a clear and effective fashion, work really hard and most importantly work with you to get the right result. Well done guys, you deserve everything you achieve, keep it going!

We listed our property with Move Revolution in April 2015. Like most of the testimonies on here, we were engaged by their good customer service and they did not disappoint. Both Chris and Damian were brilliant from start to finish of the lengthy process and, once a "serious" buyer had been found, Sue was good at progressing the sale and keeping us in regular contact throughout. I would definitely recommend Move Revolution to my friends.

Move Revolution were simply awesome. None of that annoying estate agenty sales bluster, just simple, honest advice and help. Never did we feel we were being pressured or 'sold to'....... They found us great houses to look at, made appointments and then gave us space and time to visit and form our opinions. Somehow they had all the best housing 'stock', compare to other local agents. Once we agreed the deal, they were super efficient and always 'on it'. Not sure if you can stick with an estate agent 'for life', but we will if we can. Will and Vanessa Rivers

After being recommended to talk to Chris at Move Revolution by a previous client of theirs, we were not disappointed!! When we decided to put our house on the market we wanted someone professional, dynamic and up to date with the pricing of the local area. Chris came round and it was just nice to meet and chat to a genuine estate agent, he gave us sound advice and worked out what was in our best interest.. We sold our house within 2 weeks at the selling price as it was marketed, priced and viewed correctly. We are now using them to sell our mother in laws house as we need someone with kid gloves so his the man for the job. Thanks Chris and his team...

We sold through Move Revolution and found them to be excellent and helpful. Chris Crabtree was our initial contact, Damian dealt with all the viewings and was most helpful and approachable. After the sale Sue the coordinator was excellent at liaising between all the buyers, sellers and the solicitors. Move Revolution has restored our faith in Estate agents, they are down to earth, realistic and friendly. All in all we would whole heartedly recommend them.

WARNING HIGH STREET ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE. Move Revolution has set a standard and service that far exceeds all customer expectation that cannot be found from conventional high street estate agents. Having listed our house for sale with a well known high street estate agent for 7 months with numerous viewings, countless time wasters and one eventual buyer who could not complete due to insufficient funds, we decided enough was enough. Totally disillusioned with the service we had been given, coupled with me doing the chasing, potential buyers not vetted properly, not being able to get answers, part time staff who were unavailable etc it was time for a change. Having had such a stressful experience we decided to change to Move Revolution whom my son had used to handle both his house sale and purchase and had been telling us for countless weeks to switch to them as he was so impressed with their service. Damien said to me "give me 2 weeks and I will sell your property". Well he sold it in one day at the full asking price! I cannot speak too highly of Damien who sold our property, Sarah who keeps me fully updated on a regular basis and Tom who sold us our new home. They really are a credit to Move Revolution and they are available out of office hours unlike high street estate agents. Using this company is the best decision I ever made. Trust me you will not find a better estate agent.

After a long search and little success sourcing a suitable investment, I spoke to Cliff Cooper from Move Revolution about my requirements for an investment property, within a week his fellow director, Chris Crabtree called me to introduce a property that fit the brief 100%. I am impressed with the team work shown by Move revolution and have found Chris to be very honest and trust worthy and as a result of his excellent work, I have had a successful offer accepted quickly and without hassle. We are currently working through the process together and I look forward to working with Chris and the rest of the team in the future.

Following a long year of dithering, not being sure whether or not I wanted to sell my property and move, I contacted Paul with a view to look at a property Move Revolution had on the market. Paul offered very sound advice which I followed and placed my property for sale with Move Revolution. I received three offers from the first weekend viewings. My sale is now complete and I have moved into the house of my dreams. Without the help and support of Paul and Ryan I think I would still be trying to make up my mind about moving home. We have primarily dealt with Chris, Damian and Bonnie from the Nutfield branch. They have all been friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I have recently been through the process of finding a property to rent and initially experienced some difficulty and disappointing treatment from estate agents. As soon as I got in contact with Hannah however, it was a matter of hours before I had found a property that was suitable and the process had been started to arrange the tenancy. Throughout this proces Hannah was extremely efficient and helpful and made the experience stress free with a successful outcome in a matter of days. Right from the start Damian Bligh was very professional and thorough when we were viewing the properties with Move revolution. When we finally made the offer, Damian was very helpful in explaining the stages/process of purchasing a house to me as a first time buyer and when the process further moved on Sue Peyton the sales progression specialist was very helpful of pushing things as the paperwork took more than average time to go through, thus she kept the communication going between all parties. When compared to other estate agents the customer service we received was miles apart from other pushy agents. Have already recommended them to quite a few people and would strongly recommend them to anyone reading this.

As a first time landlord I would like to thank Hannah for all of her efforts in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Hannah managed all of my concerns and was extremely helpful in walking me through all the necessary tasks that I needed to undertake such as an EPC and Gas Safety inspection. The whole process from advertising the property, managing the viewings, to vetting the clients was painless with absolutely no input of my time for, which I am very grateful. Within a few days of the property being listed Hannah had found me a tenant. Due to the smooth handling of my property needs I recommended Hannah to my Partner whom was looking to let her property. Once again the process from start to finish was effortlessly managed and again a suitable tenant found within days. In summary am delighted that I chose Move Revolution and Hannah and would have no hesitation in recommending their services, or using them again.
