We recently bought a house through Move revolution and had a good experience with Ryan. Ryan showed us the property several times. He was very approachable. He was not very pushy and wanted us to take our time as it meant we ended up with the right house instead of it just being another sale for him. While handing the keys he mentioned he was just a call away if something was needed post the purchase.

We had an excellent experience working with Abigail who had been very responsive , helpful and very professional. She went out of her way in the initial offer process , was always available for any questions , always remained alert and provided updates on the progress. She graciously have accepted the appointment requests we have made as we had to visit the property couple of times. She promptly followed up for the issues we have reported on the property and got them resolved. Sophie was as well very responsive and overall the team at Move Revolution had done a great job for us on the purchase of the property.

Well what can I say amazing put my house on the market they sold it the first day of viewing then unfortunately it had to go back on the market due to the bottom of the chain back on market again sold the next day and we exchanged today with the new buyers in 4 weeks and 1 day. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. A huge thank you to Danielle and Sky, who truly made the whole process feel personal and positive. Sky showed us around the property on our second visit and supported us through making our offer. She was knowledgeable and approachable, striking the perfect balance between providing information and giving us space to explore the home at our own pace. After attending multiple viewings with other agents who dominated the conversation, Sky’s calm and respectful approach was a breath of fresh air. She also helped us and the seller navigate the initial stages of the process, which made everything feel more manageable and less overwhelming. We sold our house with Move Revolution Nutfield, and the team provided excellent knowledge, advice, communication and commitment to us as clients. Having done my own in depth local market research beforehand, I interviewed 4 different local estate agents. Lydia was head and shoulders above the others, with straightforward, clear communication and superb speed at which she was able to move things forward for us. The whole team offered outstnading knowledge, experience and excellent management of the sale, which was invaluable to us as sellers. The price listed was accurate considering other similar properties in the area, and within 8 days we had received 12 offers (8 initial offers + 4 revised offers), with the final offer well above asking price. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen events, the buyer was unable to continue with the purchase close to the point of exchange, and we had to relist. However, this was done by the team within hours of the buyer pulling out, and within 5 days, we had 8 further offers, selling the house at an even higher price than the original buyer, thanks to the quick, proactive work carried out by Lydia, Harvey and Sky. Danielle in Sales progression offered fantastic, regular updates, moving things along with professionalism and pace, resulting in completion within 8 weeks. Finally, we wouldn't necessarily go with an estate agent recommended solicitor, however we did on this occasion and this had a significant impact on the very impressive speed at which we were able to complete. We couldn't be happier with Lydia and her team and we would recommend them to anyone who is considering selling their property.

WOW! I first called Move revolution as a competitor in Haywards Heath were asking to charge me what I thought was an unreasonably high fee so I called Move Revolution to check what their charges were. From the first call I was so impressed with how genuine, honest and supportive they were, clearly showing their experience. They offered to charge me a much more reasonable fee and so I had no hesitation to use them. When the sale was put in hand, I was supported by Danielle. At the time, the director said she was one of the best in the business and I couldn't agree more. She has been excellent and has chased all throughout the chain and saved me a lot of work. She has communicated the whole way through and just been very transparent. I have appreciated her honestly, never trying to pretend things are going better than they were, but explained the process fully on each stage we were at and how things would move forward. She has worked tirelessly on my sale and I have felt that I have been her only case to work which is far from the truth. That to me is a sign of an excellent sales coordinator. I can't thank her enough for all the support she has given. I have never struggled to contact her and she has always delivered updates/calls when promised. she is the main reason along with the honest and transparent work of the team that I will use Move Revolution again in the future.
