The Trusted AgentPersonal service and actually care.
We found “Move” to be a great agent that provided a personal service with caring staff. All of the staff treat you as a friend rather than just a number whilst professionally getting the job done.We had lots of bumps in the road with our sale but it was made a lot easier knowing that we had a great agent working for us.All members of staff were great under the guidance of Paul Mulligan but a special mention to Bethan Moss for getting our sale over the line and persisting with our buyers solicitor who were absolutely dreadful.(Don’t use cheap solicitors or sell to someone that is)

FacebookWe have bought three houses in the past with other estate agents no problems. We were told as buyers that the sellers were not accepting any higher offers because they liked the family they were selling too and would not let us make a higher offer, we found this strange. So we contacted the owners directly and they said they would consider higher offers. That was the first lie by move revolution Haywards Heath. Then the owners got in contact with us to see if the estate agent had contacted us. We had received no communication from move revolution and all previous communication had been by phone prior. The sellers got the agents to call us and the second lie they told us was that they had accidentally put our email address in incorrectly. But we know this not to be true as when you send an email to a incorrect address you get a notification email to say it has not been delivered. They undervalued our own property by £25,000 as we had two further valuations from local established agents. I wouldn't touch this agency with a barge pole to buy or sell. They give good agency's a bad name.

GoogleRecently bought a house via Move Revolution - you hear lots of horror stories around agents; however, I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Ryan was amazing - offered advice and helped us with any issues, facilitated additional visits and the overall customer service was top notch. Would recommend them again and if ever I need to sell they would be the first company I contact.

The Trusted AgentFlawless experience with Ismail & Sue
Our experience with the team at Move Revolution has been flawless from start to finish, one of the silver linings of what has been a fairly stressful process of moving home!
Ismail managed the sale of our property, ensuring it was on the market and under offer within just one week, despite the entire country being in lockdown. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done as efficiently and quickly as possible. He kept regular communication with us from start to completion of our sale and even our onward purchase, including keeping in touch outside of working hours where necessary when unexpected obstacles were faced.
Sue stepped in little later and was brilliant in progressing the sale of our property, always giving us clarity and keeping us in the loop. She was honest throughout ensuring we had realistic expectations, whilst always maintaining a cheerful and positive demeanour.
It has been a pleasure working with Ismail and Sue, and we would definitely look to use Move Revolution again in the future.

The Trusted AgentBrilliant agent
Ismail helped us buy our first home earlier this year. He was very professional, friendly and always on hand to answer our questions throughout the process. Ismail, Sue and the team also helped us exchange and complete just before the lockdown restrictions came in, this could have been a really anxious period at the best of times, but we felt incredibly supported and well-looked after and they went the extra mile to make it as stress-free as possible. We love our new home and would thoroughly recommend Ismail and the team at Move Revolution.
